I been going to them for a year now i love the way they wax my eyebrows and pedicures now this year i took my niece for the first day of school they treated her so poorly i was like I’m not going back so decided to give them another chance walked in they sat me down until a chair was available another customer walked in no appointment she sat her down a couple walked in no appointment sat them down so we waiting she came got the ppl that came in behind me n told me she was go run my water later mind u we all getting the same service i thought that was very unprofessional cause i was before them but of course I’m black so i had to be last the only person that has great customer service there is the man that serve the drinks the rest need customer service training

Beyond disappointed with management and how they choose to treat a customer today. I used to recommend everyone I know to come here; however, after my last visit Sunday of last week (totaling $140.00 after a pedi,full set, and tips), within 4 days my full set was lifting off. I was on vacation since the day after I had them done and then had to work (overnight shifts at an ER) so I was unable to come in sooner to have them fixed. Within 7 days I was missing 3 and currently am missing 5 with another 2 literally half on. I called yesterday to speak with management informing staff of the situation and that I just could not make it in yet to fix them. I was told they would let Melinda know and she would contact me. Today, I had not heard back and called again- Melinda was busy. So I just let them know I would be coming in soon to have them fixed. When I walked up to the front desk, Melinda did not seem like anyone had told her at all about my multiple calls. She then looked at my nails and account then told me I could have them redone for a whopping 20% off normal price because it had been more than 7 days and policy is they would only fix them for free after 7 days. She told me it wasn't fair for them to redo them for free. Well Melinda, I don't think it's fair for me to have to pay to redo a service I paid $50 for AND that should have never come off within days in the first place. I am also extremely disappointed I now have to find a new nail salon to give my money to since I really did enjoy coming here but you apparently don't appreciate your own customers or value them returning to your business.

First off, I'm a guy. I came here with my girlfriend and I was a little apprehensive at first however, this such a nice little treat. I got pedicure with no nail color and just the hygiene benefit was worth the cost alone. But it was a step above just nail work and footwork, they did the whole lower leg and it's very nice. P.S. had a lovely conversation with the woman doing mine, she says if your planning a trip to iceland, do it in September.

I’m new to the area and tried a few places before I found Infinite. I can safely say I’ve found my new nail home! The staff are very friendly , great refreshments, the atmosphere and vibe are nice. Plus the establishment is very clean and organized.

This is only the 3rd time in my life I've gotten my nails done, and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else! Inside is so elegant feeling and even has a bar. I went in just thinking about getting Halloween colors but came out with this MASTERPIECE! I told the artist I wanted webs on the black nails and she suggested shiny webs on the matte and 🤩😍🤩🤩 then she threw in jack o lantern faces that I ADORE!!!! I gave her a nice tip bc I love them so much. Vee is super awesome and creative.
