I had Them fix my index finger because it broke two days later now a week later my ring finger broke . I’m very disappointed Anna said the owner wasn’t there so I trusted her to do my nails. And they weren’t shaped the way I wanted them I said extremely square but she gave me square coffin .

The lady who did my nails was very rude to me and kept hurting me, and they did my cousins nails like this today.

Brought the kids with me for our first time at Perfect Nails and we are so pleased with them!! Luck was super nice and efficient!! Will make this our new spot!

I normally have Pam do my eyebrows. I’ve been going here since I was little up until I’ve been doing my own nails. I never had a problem with them. Until yesterday , forgot the ladies name. She has short short cut hair black and bleached at the top. She was being very rough with me and I had commented that she was being too rough, putting force on keeping my head down and struggling to do my eyebrows. Having to redo the spot twice. She didn’t do a bad job. But I have bruising and a swollen brow from her and a huge rug burn from the waxing. Never in all the times I’ve gone has that happened to me. She didn’t tell me to turn my head, and pushed my head hard to the left. I was ready to walk out. I probably will never come back, normally they are good on service but i don’t know what happened.

Perfect Nails used to be my favorite salon, they were reasonably priced and always did a good job. However this time was a huge fail....I started the appointment by asking my technician if she could do a marble design. After reassuring me she could, I am extremely disappointed. I wish the nail tech would have been honest, and said no. Now I have over paid for colors and an awful set. The nail shape is uneven, and thick. Also the tech did NOT push back or cut my cuticles I am extremely unhappy and will not be returning.
