I have been coming here for years. Kim is amazing. When I go I get the royal pedicure, nails, full body/face wax and Brazilian. Kim is professional, gentle, and easy to work with. I like the fact that Kim prides herself on work and isn’t happy unless your happy. She encourages you to bring any issues to her attention so she can take care of it right away. I have a hard to match skin tone. So if I choose a color once she has put it on and it’s not right or I don’t like it, she has no problem changing the color to best compliment my skin. She never gets upset and is happy to adjust the nail color, shape, or style if I ask her too. She treats my family and I like her family. She always makes you feel beautiful especially if I’ve had a bad day. Her staff is fun and very friendly I never feel uncomfortable out unwanted when I go to City Nails. If I don’t like the way my pedicure turned out I just let Kim know and she takes care of it. I work in the Auto industry and am very hard on my nails. The harsh chemicals, endless typing and paper work really beats my nails up. I love to swim in the ocean for hours and my nails still look great!! I couldn’t get to Kim for over a month and my nails are still on strong! They haven’t lifted chipped or separated from the nail. Kim’s prices are very competitive and a great value for the money. I love City Nails and I absolutely will not go anywhere else.

They do a good job and are quick. Only complaint is they always insist on a gel manicure when I go in for mani/pedi. If I want to do gel, that is what I'll ask for, otherwise dont make me have say over and over, I don't want gel. I get they are in sales, but don't argue with your customers!

They never disappoint. Got these nails done by a newer women and she did amazing. Took her time to really do it well. Absolutely love this place.
