i have never been to the actual store, but the only store is nice at first. We i got to check out, I was spending 15$ on sanding bands they wanted me to pay 20$ for shipping so it would be 35$ all together. Doe anyone know a better nail place where they focus on nails and the shipping is not that expensive?

I have been trying to get a refund for a product they listed online. They took my money knowing that they didn't have the product Keyanos Pumpkin Mask in stock. I keep getting the run around via emails from a James Pham. Total scam artist. I am going to go to every social media outlet saying not to patronize this business. In am going to contact the local Police and authority of their practices.

Worst customer service ever!! Went in today and prices were totally different from online and from the price listed on the merchandise! Never again will I purchase my items from this store!! Very disappointed!

Beware when buying items online. Just received my acrylic powders by mail and they did not have a seal when I opened them. I am fully convinced that the product inside was switched for another product because I've used this before and the texture in this one is horrible.
