This was my first visit with Carole.
She made me feel like she knew me my whole life.
She was comforting and laid back.
As I sat in her chair
I expressed to her that I had been working on my eyebrows for quite sometime.
I had even spent 100$ on serum just to help get them as thick as they are… I was seeing her up for a difficult task but if she’s willing I’d be glad to give her the challenge.
I explained I wanted shape brought into my brows. I also needed them to look even
Because my brows grow so oddly, one is way thicker than the other… and I needed them the same length…
While she was waxing my “ difficult brow “ she made a joke saying it was like doing surgery! But she took her job serious and did an amazing job.. I worked so hard to grow out my brows and I’m so pleased someone could finally give them the look I’ve been searching for.

She’s fun and outgoing and has a great eye for style.
I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted
And she sat me in the chair and figured something out that ended up working out amazing for me
First hair salon I’ve been happy with since I’ve moved to Broome County for years ago
I will be returning

Such a sweet thoughtful person Carole is! I was very pleased with my haircut and the time she took with me…and it was her day off!!!
