I have read the below reviews. First off, Houston is a very complicated place. Always keep urself and ur family safe by not leaving ANYTHING in ur car... This place in comparison to the other apartments around Houston is considerably safe. They have a cop at night to give you comfort. The rent is affordable.. I have been living here for almost one year. The receptionist and property manager are quick to resolve any issues I have. The neighbors are good. I have amazon leave stuff at my front door and never got anything stolen..
