Arrived at 6:30pm with my wife and signed in for a pedicure w/massage service. At 7:10pm one of the workers finally acknowledged us and asked what service we wanted. She then said that she would not be able to perform the service before they closed at 8:00pm. We wasted $15 on Uber to and from our hotel and 45 minutes of our time. We could not be more unsatisfied with their lack of communication or their laziness in being unwilling to provide a service offered on their menu. Buyer beware.

Yesterday I had a gel manicure and pedicure. I selected a pretty festive red, #68, that had a matching polish for my pedicure. The color on my nails is a very orange/red (definitely not #68) and the color on my toes is a very dark red almost burgundy. Unfortunately I didn't realize till I was almost done and had to get back to work. Too bad because Jason did a great job otherwise, he should have been honest about not having my color and I would have happily selected another. I won't be going back. I tried to attach a picture but can't seem to be able to.

I get my nails done (acrylic) by either Sarah or Vivienne. They both do great work and both are quick! At the end of the manicure, they finish with a parafin wax dip and a hand massage!

This is February 2nd 2018 I came to this place to try to find a new and closer nail salon while the place is empty I was the only one there The woman who worked on my hands to give me a fill and gel Polish she had attitude she could not do designs which is something I do on every single one of my fingers which is a very poor experience will never go back. Who ever is giving this place a GOOD review Apparently have never been to a nice place to have their nails done.

Going in on a Saturday morning had me concerned, but I was only the 2nd person there when I got there. I was greeted warmly, served immediately, and both ladies took their time with me. For pedicure and gel fill, I was there almost 2 hours but it didn't feel like it. Great job on my hands and feet; even gave me complimentary paraffin wax treatment for my hands which was AMAZING...and absolutely deserving of 5 stars! If ever in the area again I will be back!
