Decided to treat myself and what do I get? Absolutely the WORST AND MOST EXPENSIVE experience of my life. Paid an extra $10 for a "manicure" on top of the $35 for the powder polish. Didn't even dip my entire fingernail into the powder. So when I left they looked like I had them done a week ago. $50+ gone down the drain as well as almost two hours of my time wasted. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
I took pics in my car before even pulling out of the parking lot as I was livid. Went back yesterday to complain as I was out of town Saturday to find they were closed.
Went back tonight and they told me my nails grew too fast. Yeah within 5 minutes they grew this much. Wow...just wow! They refused to refund any money and refused to fix the issue. It's ultimately my fault and I'm wrong. $$$ is the root of all evil and they could care less about their customers satisfaction.
I will be sure EVERYONE I knows stays far far away from Sky Nails in Christiansburg. What a sad expensive joke...NEVER AGAIN. So wish I could post my pics. People have commented on my Facebook post and they are truly shocked. Yes people.....save your money and your time. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I should have listened to the other reviews. I won't be going back. While the staff was very nice, this was the most basic manicure ever. No massage or hand lotion, they barely buffed my nails. They clumped the nail polish on, but there were still thin spots. They did fix the thin spots when I asked and my nails are painted, but I probably could have done a better job myself.

Worst pedicure and manicure everrrr. Guy very rude, no personality. I went back 2 days (2 days!!) later because the gel color on my fingers faded to a light beige...they had been a nice, bright pink. They tried to tell me I was wearing"mood polish" that I picked myself. I said I didn't know there was such a thing and besides, the other guy grabbed the gel color to match my pedicure I was in the middle of. He called me a liar and said, "stop complaining, you'll get your free nails." I was floored. He then took bright pink regular polish and applied it over my faded gel and said, "there, you can go now." He's right...and I'll never go back.

Was just there an hour ago!!...STAY AWAY!!..DO NOT GO THERE!!!...I had 2 knee replacements, been threw 1 year recovery, wanted to treat myself to pedicure and possible manicure. I was only customer!! The water was Luke warm..they could not get it warmer. Little man scrubbed my feet, no soap, I had to ask for callus remover..it made tgem upset. ANOTHER MAN CHARGED AT ME AND SCREAMED-WE SCRUB FEET AND NO MORE!! IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT LEAVE!! I STEPPED OUT OF WATER, ABOUT FELL, WALKED OUT...THIS PLACE IS BRUTAL!!!....I AM IN SHOCK TGE WAY I WAS TREATED....

Don't really like them, went got my nails done on Saturday Monday morning two had already broken sooner then I go to Walmart they are awesome
