I’ve been going there for almost 2 years with no problems and Jack always did my nails. Normally my nails last a long time but within a month time I’ve been back 3 times, I’m trying to explain what I wanted but he decided to do it his way, he said it would cost me more money if he would have did it my way so I told him I’m the one who is paying. Less than 2 weeks the gel polish started peeling. I went last week I just went on and got a fill in and try to explain to him again what I wanted and asked him to do it the same way he did it with the white powder on the end. This time he used the white gel polish and 5 days later the polish were off 2 of my nails. Today I went and showed it to him and he got a attitude, his wife took everything off and he refused to do my nails so I told that’s fine I’ll take my business somewhere else.

I've been coming here for two years now and never an issue. My nails are always perfect and they are always nice.

I’ve been twice now , the first time the guy was not friendly he wanted to charge me for every little thing all of my nails were either fatter or not smooth . I went again thinking it might change had the lady do my nails , she cut me with the file on both hands to the point where I’m bleeding and it’s pretty deep like she sawed me open . Didn’t even want super long just wanted a certain shape (the coffin) not much different from square and wanted to charge me 5$ like my nails this time (all though some aren’t the same size) but won’t be going back

I’ve been going here for 2/3 ish years and they have always given me a run for my money they have such a happy and positive area where they do this, they are super fun to joke around with and they always ask if you like what the outcome was (at least for me) I used to go to the one in MI but they were really rough on my hands and they would always bleed but in cocoa the staff are wonderful and caring.

So normally when u get coffin shape, it don’t effect the price, well it was &5 EXTRA for just a shape that’s trending. My friends nails had some very thick ones and one very thin one and it bends, we got it done today. Mine had streaks in my nails from the polish and it looks like my nails have wrinkles. He cut my cuticle and it hurt so bad. Imma just stick with tj nails. DONT GO THERE FOR ACRYLICS!!! WASTE OF MONEY.....
