A good friend of mine referenced this place and overall felt nice and normal until it came into paying. As expected I was pressured into upgrading my pedicure, and decided to treat myself because as a student and full time worker nail service is a treat. After paying for the service with card and before pulling cash out to tip the workers saw some money I had in my wallet and urged me to tip more.
Tipping is a courtesy to an already expensive service and I’ve never felt so offended. It was my one day off from work/studies and I felt shamed, belittled and treated like a second hand citizen because I couldn’t afford the tip that was asked of me. I paid for my service but as for tipping, especially at a nail salon, tipping is always, ALWAYS a courtesy under my discretion.

This is is the WORST experience of my life. I got a full set of acrylics which took 2 plus hours and was handled so poorly. I was CUT a total of four times. Blood was everywhere and not much was done about it. Technicians were rough and uncaring. I woke up the next day and my finger tips were nearly raw from where she had filed them so harshly. Not to mention I still have multiple open wounds from them.

Cut me a few times to bleeding during my manicure, didn't clean under nails, and threw on two quick coats of polish, which is spotty because of the bleeding. She didn't even sanitize the wound or wipe away the blood during the process. I had to get it redone somewhere else. Also got a massage and she talked loudly to coworkers the entire time. I still tipped her generously, and she walked over and took her money without saying anything. Won't be back.

Finally found a place where the SNS manicures actually last the full 3 weeks. Y manicure comes out perfect every time and the they are fast

I love this gem. Amazing massages from each and every girl there and always get powder gel that lasts me 3 weeks. They are my fav local nail place
