This place is disorganized and the half the staff is just horrible. I took my sister for a filling and pedi, they kept skipping her to get her filling because they simply didn't want to do the 3D design she wanted on 2 nails!!! They kept telling her to ask someone else. We were there for 2 hours for them to ignore her request. They do a half ass job with new sets. If you don't want the gel or powder they try to force you. In the end we ended up leaving because I am not tolerating their ignorance and pretend they don't understand what you are asking them. Oh and the pedicurist user cuticle oil instead of lotion on our feet. I am slipping and sliding like no tomorrow right now. This place will definitely on my NO GO List!!!

I BEEN GOING TO CRAZY NAILS FOR APPROXIMATELY 7 YEARS NOW. AND TO ONE CERTAIN NAIL TECHNICIAN NAME CARMEN. SO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WOMAN AT CRAZY NAILS IF YOU WANT YOUR NAILS NICE...

The pedicures are really amazing. In summer time very long wait. The nail techs are good at what they do. The place is ran extremely unorganized. The staff is unprofessional in the sense that if you are new or if you do your nails with one person they tend to not want to be bothered. The manager is super rude and can do a better job with the upkeeping of this place. Bottomline if you are looking to get a good pedi and mani the ladies handling that are good. Nail tech can do good nails. However its not a relaxing atmosphere its noisy and ghetto.

They do great pedicures, however they need a system that allows patrons to know where they are in line. 3 people that came in behind me was able to get serviced and leave. Horrible system. I will be finding another salon. This has been brought to their attention and nobody listens. Also I've heard nobody wants to work on you if your regular worker is not there. The place is always a mess and is in need of major renovations. It's not at all comfortable while you're waiting. I may patronize after they get their act together. They dont feel that good customer service is necessary in the hood.

I always love going to Crazy Nails. I've been a customer for over 10 years. I have one person I go to(Susana) for my pedicure/manicure0 and one person I go to(Lina) for my eyebrows and tips.
