I am going to start by saying I am not a judgemental person what so ever, I am a very open minded person that likes to try new things. Today I came into T & J Nails in Niles IL for a full set. My nails are absolutely horrible. I asked for coffin nails and got Alomond shaped, my nails are basically pointy. I literally have brush marks on my nails from the nail polish. My nails are extremely thin and bend. Despite the horrible customer service was and how much I disliked my nails I still left a tip. When the lady that did my nails seen the tip she turned around and started talking to another working about the tip I left her. That in my opinion was VERY VERY VERY unprofessional and VERYY VERY disrespectful. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I normally go to U.S Nails in Des Plaines IL with Jenny but today I decided to be spontaneous and try something new. I definitely learned my lesson. As I was saying about U.S Nails , if you want to get your nails done and them be worth the amount you pay. You should definitely go see Jenny. I really do recommend her nail place. Do not waste your money or time on this place. Thank you

You people don’t even deserve a star ! Your work is horrible first time coming here and I will never return again I told the lady one of my nails was weak and that it bends she ignored me and continued on I even demenstrated how my nail bends and she didn’t care nails are too thin and can easily break ! $25 fullest she charged $30 like we had to maditory give her a $5 tip which she clearly didn’t deserve !!! Poor service never again

Cute place, polite staff if not overly friendly, reasonably priced. Would go again in a pinch; unremarkable experience.

Good salon. I've gone a couple of times a month for gel fills and pedis for a few years. Not a fancy place but they do good work at a reasonable price. They are honest and I would guess any misunderstandings with regard to charges are due to language deficits. Shop is very clean and I recently bought a gift certificate for a friend. I recommend!
