Staff is friendly. However. If you call to make an appointment they will still make you wait like every nail salon. In addition, even though staff is nice I will say their nail polish is cheap. Every time I get gel it only last 3 days and then my nails will start cracking.

By far this is the best shop in Upland. Super clean, relaxing music playing while your enjoying your pedicure. Helen, did my nails and it wasn't like the normal shop where they rush you. She took her time with everything. 👍

They are quick and real good. Been going here since I was 16. Love this spot
