Pros:
Obviously busy and working hard
Completed a gel pedicure and manicure without an appointment and quickly
Cons:
Not enjoyable at all - cuts in my cuticles, filing on my skin, holding too firmly, pinching with nails- no thought into the comfort of the service
Rude- more concerned with chatting with each other than making a calm experience
Not a great manicure- they tried to blame a missed polish spot on my nail for not keeping it in the uv lamp long enough but it was just a missed spot..... the pedicure was pretty enough.
Works in a pinch, would not return.

Convenient location, comfortable setting, friendly staff. I tried five different technicians before settling on one who suited me the best. Only one of these technicians was truly unsatisfactory. I like their wide selection of colors and their complimentary drinks. If you find a technician you like, it helps to make an appointment in advance.

My sister and I have come here at least once a month and we absolutely love the results every time. We never have complaints and everyone is friendly!

I’ve come here twice, once for dip and once for shellac. The nails were satisfactory - dip lasted a month, shellac unfortunately chipped a few days after. However, the last time I was here, I left my bag on the purse hook at my nail station while I washed my hands. When I went to pay, the $100 cash that I put in my wallet that day was missing. This is really disappointing and I will not be coming back.

We were visiting from out of town and picked this one based on its rating and prices. It was a great choice! The staff was super nice and did an amazing job. The prices were reasonable and less expensive than other places around. If we’re ever back in town this is the place we’re going.
