Honestly one of the best places to get your nails done. The staff is great and everyone is friendly. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a salon!!

My experience was amazing, I was treated with kindness and respect. Demi and Kim were both warm and caring, I had fun and will return. I felt pampered and looked great when I left! Thank you both!

Horrible customer service! Been there several times. Called to make an appointment and the lady who always picks up the phone was extremely rude. When I was confirming my appointment, she was laughing speaking a different language. When I showed up, she kept starring at me giving me weird looks (I know who she is). I asked for a chair so my daughter can sit next to me and she said NO. After all, she had the nerve to yell at my daughter!!! NEVER GOING BACK!
I speak two languages and I have manners! Please do the same and be respectful with others!!

Just don't.... that's all I can say. I went in for a gel manicure and a pedicure. First off, I had to explain which colors I wanted on my hands and my toes at least 5 separate times. For some reason it didn't make sense that I wanted this pink gel on my hands, and the coordinating pink polish on my toes... the pedicure was pure agony. I don't remember the woman's name who worked on me but she rubbed my legs completely raw for a good 5 minutes. Today my shins and calves are beginning to bruise and are extremely sensitive to the touch. Then we moved on to the manicure. I had a broken nail, which normally I see technician's fix with acrylic powder... well she fixed it with a piece of a paper towel and super glue. I said "I've never seen anyone do that.." and she responded "oh really? it's strong"... well alright. THEN after explaining the color situation, like I said already, 5 times, I still ended up with the wrong color. I asked her "is this glitter hard to remove?" and she responded "yes" and I then responded "this wasn't the color I asked for", then she repeatedly held my hand up and said "this color is nice, this color is better". After continuously saying it was not the color I asked for I just gave up. Paid $65 dollars for this service, then immediately went down the street In Style Nails to have them redo the nails that were not done properly to begin with. So after about 3.5 hours and $90 dollars... I am left with what I asked for to begin with.
So like I started this review off.... Just don't. Go elsewhere.

I have been going to Palm Nails for about 8 years now they are always friendly and in a good mood. They get the job done and do good work I have tried other nail placing in the area and they are plainly rude and do a horrible job and are not clean at all I will continue to go to Palm Nails as they just can't be beat
