Owner needs lesson in customer service. I've been gong to this place before the new owners took over. One day I came in and there were all new people in the place. When I asked where the others were, the new owner told me they were all off that day, watching the super bowl. A flat out lie. Wonder why they felt it was necessary to lie....anyway....they assigned a male to do my pedicure. I don't allow men to do my nails or feet as my past experience with men performing these services have not been pleasant. (They were too rough for my tastes). So I requested a female tech. That caused an issue for the owner. It was clear to me from her behavior and her tone she didn't like the request. Later, the owner was working on a lady sitting in the chair next to me and was super friendly, commenting that she really like her cause she wasn't picky. I guess she meant that as a backhand negative remark about me. I get my nails and feet done twice a month without fail at this salon....for nearly 2 years. This past weekend was the last straw. When my daughter and I went to get a pedicure, I was assigned a new girl. Once seated, the water was scalding hot, the tub was filled to overflowing so much that water spilled out and my shoes got soaked. The tech left out after correcting the water (took three attempts to get it right as the water was indeed scalding hot), and told me I needed to soak for 5 minutes. She was gone for 10. The she ca mm email back in and started on my feet. I stopped her before she actually began and to l do her she could not use unclean equipment on my feet. (She did NOT get clean tools for me, rathe r she picked up the cuticles cutter from her tray that she had apparently just used on a previous person). So she said she was going to wash them off. She came back with tools wrapped in saran wrap. I told her if the tools were not properly sterilized, she could not
work on me. Another tech loaned her a clean set of tools which were sealed in the sterilized bag. It all of 3 minutes to do the cuticles on my toes. She was rushing...and rough. I told my daughter's tech I was not happy. She told the owner who came over looked at my foot and stated that my foot had already been done. Now I really don't know what she meant by that but I explained that part of the pedicure process for me was the experience and I was not receiving that. I also told her that new girl was rushing through the process. The new girl started mouthing off and I just looked at them both. Couldn't believe they were giving mouth back after the awful service. The the owner said, she was just trying to give the new girl a chance. I reminded her that I was a good customer, tipped very well, and she should have been more accommodating to me, the customer, under the circumstances. She finally sent another tech to complete the work. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I won't be back. Matter of fact I have taken off my nails, and will only go to REAL spas for my pedicures. No more making these people rich when they feel they are doing you a favor and really don't have a clue about customer care. If you continue to give your business to this shop better make sure their tools are clean.

I only gave them 1 star because you can't post a review without providing a rating. This place is terrible! NO ONE in the place knew how to do painted designs, not even simple flowers! The guy that painted my gel nails did a terrible job! It literally looked like a 12 year old painted my nails while we were having a sleepover. They were messy and when I complained he was rude! Since no one knew how to do painted designs, I asked for a simple design with rhinestones and foil paper and he couldn't even apply the foil lines properly. They were crooked and it just looked a mess. I will never go back here again.

Me and my mom went in wanting to get acrilics, i ended up wanting a design inspired by sailor moon. It was fairly simple and included cat ears with a small moon on the head. The person doing my nails struggled a lot and ended up botching the design all together. When I left my some of the designs where smudged and most of my bails weren't even dry. The only reason I have them 2 stars was because my mom who ended up getting a more simple design on one finger ended up coming out nicer.
In summary, don't go if you want custom designs. But if you want a simpler flat color or maybe a few lines then I'd say go for it.

Excellent nails place. Very good service. Staff was very professional. Went with my wife and was treated like a king.

Kenny has been doing my nails for a while now the service there is excellent I recommend Kenny to everyone who expects excellence service not saying anyone else at the location would but Kenny is my guy.💅
