this place was okay. when doing ombré nails they went 90 extra miles and took about 2 hours for me and 3 for my friend. we stayed until around 9:00-9:30 doing our nails. they were very nice staying after hours doing our nails but it wasn’t our fault that it took so long. other than that with the acrylic dip powder looks splotchy and bubbly and looks foamy. they missed spots on our nails and the gems are all over the place and not even. i understand that it was late but still is not our fault. we can at 5 and left at 9:30 thinking at before we came in we could go to dinner after. the nail staff is very nice and they treat you well but the nail come out wasn’t good. all i’m saying is don’t get dip powder :)

I absolutely love love love love this place. They are VERY friendly, decent prices, and VERY VERY good at what they do. The gel manicure and pedicures are so reasonable in price and I love the colors that they have. Not alot of wait time for them either.... this is where my family and myself go all the time. They are fantastic getting you in and out, and they are literally the best that I've EVER been too.

I needed an off schedule pedicure due to being busy. My normal place is closed on Sundays. I love good service and see that this place had a pretty decent rating as it was my 1st time here and thought I would use them.
1st I did not expect this bad of service and should have left unfortunately from the beginning. It took well over 2 hrs for her to complete my pedicure from the start. There was only 1 other person getting a pedi when i arrived & 1 came 20 min before I left, so they were not busy. I DO NOT have calluses or rough feet and she grabs what looked like a chess grater, NO. 1st she put No type of solution in the water, just plain water w/jets. 2nd she cut my big toe deeply while cutting my cuticles. (Again should have left). 3rd I ordered the specialty pineapple/ papaya scrub and she had no idea what she was required to do even though it is listed specifically on the menu board. (Again should have left) 4th when she gets to the polish stage, I ALWAYS bring my own because I know what color I want and I don't want a used open polish that is thinned out and will chip quickly. She polishes 2 toes and then that quickly takes the alcohol and pours it into MY BRAND SPANKING NEW bottle of polish. At this point I am raged but still try not to act a total nutcase. I asked from the beginning for a design on my big toes. After she polishes my toes she says, no design polish pretty. I said yes I WANT a design as that is what I asked for. Come to find out, she didn't know how, so another tech had to stop the 2nd customers pedi to do it. There is much more, but you get the gest of it. When it is time to pay, the guys asks for the FULL $45. I actually had to raise my voice after all this for them to say they would take off $5 for the design. Horrible service I'm sad to say and will never go back. Now I have to be hyper vigilant in watching my foot for the next few days.
