Terrible customer service. I came in yesterday to get a fill in , my nails look good , but two of them broke overnight...... so i came in today , on a Saturday. of course it’s busy but they told me I had to wait before 4 people got a full set to get my two little nails fixed . Idc about order of arrival , there’s no way you possibly think you can satisfy a guest by having them wait hours just to get two nails fixed . Thought i liked this place , nope ; rather spend my hard earned coin elsewhere.

Before going in i called first. $12 for fill in, $3 for repairing / nail, & length of nail depends on price. Ok.. Went in and waited for a good 15mins until one lady was free to do my nails. I just left Nails 4 You salon and they were charging me $20. So i sit down and she says(I wish i asked for names) $30......🤔 excuse me? Explain.. She couldn’t explain. So another lady came and said it’s 20 something because of the length of my nail. You would think 20 something dollars for the length of my nails would’ve had to been floor length 😳 (over exaggerating). She states “if you want to go to...” then she stops, then she goes back to the subject. She says it’s $6/nail. Then i confronted her about what she just said to me over the phone. Repair is $3/nail & it says it on the bulletin sign, $3! She started stuttering, and i asked her to repeat herself. I can do what? “You can go to someone to do your nails if you no pay.” Unacceptable! You right i will go to someone who DESERVES my hardworking money, & not going to play me by overcharging me like i’m stupid!

So I've been here several times and the operator in front (Rose) usually services me with no problems. Well tonight I don't know who pissed her WHEATIES but I came into be serviced and she was obviously irritated that I came in. So I asked what was her name because I had forgotten and she bowed her head and softly said Rose. So I continued to ask her until I could hear what was her name since she purposely kept repeating it at a level at which I couldn't hear. The reason I didn't leave is because I travel tomorrow and it's important that I look my best. If you don't wanna work...Go Home. Notice:. I pay for this service. It's not free. I cant pay and tolerate blatant irritation. Geesh... #notwelcoming

This place gets NO STARS!! Worst PLACE EVER .. my GEL POLISH DIDNT EVEN LAST A WEEK AND I WAS TOLD I NEED TO PAY AN EXTRA FEE TO GET THE POLISH THAT PEELED OFF REPAIRED!! Rose stated that it never happened to her and by the looks of these REVIEWS IT HAS
