A water pipe in our basement broke after a recent record-breaking cold spell. Edgar and Logan came out on a Sunday night to move furniture, clean up water, take out soaking padding under the carpet set up blowers and a dehumidifier. It sounds simpler than it was. They worked for hours, all the time maintaining a calm and professional air. We found them on the Better Business Bureau website with an A+ rating. We very happy we chose them. They made a miserable experience ever so much better.

Jon with Colorado Cleanup Services treated me with respect and really helped me. Jon spent 3 hours documenting the damage that was done to my house. I feel he went above and beyond with his service. He is honest. I felt he listened to my concerns and really did a good job. I thank Colorado Cleanup Services for doing the right thing - Katie and Gabe are terrific too. EDIT: Company reps were extremely responsive to my concerns and took all steps in all areas to make sure my needs were met. Updating my rating based on the customer service received.
Excellent, five star crew for mold removal. However was promised an estimate on rebuild but have received zero communication. My front room has been torn up for twelve days with drywall and flooring removed and the construction plastic still hanging from the ceiling and over my front window. Have finally called another contractor for an estimate to finish this work. Started off strong but ultimately disappointing.

Patrick inspected and took video of damage. He was respectful and explained the process then removed personal items and isolated the affected bathroom. The whole process has just begun, but I am happy with Patrick's performance on behalf of his employer so far.
