This whole incident was over a bottle of nail polish that cost $6.50.
I have been going to this particular store for 20+ years, I've spent thousands of dollars at this particular store, & I have given many referrals to this particular store.
I came in with my infant and had an issue in the parking lot.
As soon as I got home to feed my infant, I tried to call the store to see if there was any way they could help me, but my call was ignored.
When my phone call was finally answered, the manager not only made me feel inferior, but also implied that I was asking something completely outrageous.
I tried to call back several hours later to ask again if she would consider cooperating or would try to help.
She flat out denied my request in spite of the fact she was aware I had an infant with me and could not return to the store immediately.
This is the reason she refused my request for a product that cost $6.50.

The girls were a great help. They both went above and beyond. Not like other places when people just point and guess at things.

It’s not the store it’s the staff. They don’t really have any education on hair products I have bleached my hair to a beautiful white blonde in the past using Sally’s products. I went in the other day and was giving the wrong developer for the color I wanted. Then had to go back because the dye didn’t do anything to my hair. I went back buying the same color and was told to get a 20 developer and my hair is now brassy. And still somewhat light brown. They should be educated more on what they are selling. Won’t be going back to this location

Good place to go for what you need...As long as you KNOW what you need. Customer service is good but they aren't necessarily in cosmetology school nor have their licences.
The aisles are way WAY too small.
