I had never had a pedicure. Took an older friend of mine and they treated her like a queen. They made me feel right at home and it was such a relaxing atmosphere. Will go back soon and recommend it to anyone who wants a pampering!

As a first time customer, I was disappointed by my experience.
I wished to view my options for manicure and pedicure - spa, basic, gel, acrylic, etc. One technician greeted me as I entered and assumed what services I required. I had to forcefully repeat I wanted to inquire about services and today only required a gel polish manicure.
Simple, eh?
I was ushered into the back to sit in a pedicure chair and was TOLD that I wanted a pedicure. Again, I repeated my request for gel manicure only (and after 15 minutes) was seated at a front chair. The technician who initiated contact complained about my request to the client he was servicing and to fellow coworkers.
Not only did I feel demoralized but, embarrassed for choosing this establishment to complete a simple manicure. 20 minutes later another technician finally came over to inquire about my gel color. Still, over 35 minutes after entering the salon and being seated - they have yet to begin.
The salon is not booked to capacity nor is there a wait.
I was simply ignored numerous times.
I will never enter this establishment again. Nor will I recommend to fellow patrons.

One of my favorite places to get a pedicure. The atmosphere and staff are wonderful and they make me feel comfortable each time I visit. As a male, I feel very uncomfortable getting my feet done but the staff always assure me that there’s nothing to be afraid of and make me comfortable. If I could give this place 100 stars I would!

Staff is very friendly. I broke my acrylic nails while pumping gas and they fixed it for free within the hour but I insisted to pay! The have pedicure liners and single use nail kits so I know that the place is sanitary!! Will definitely come back!

Well, this place has very disappointed me. She cut my finger and wouldn’t fix the polish after begging.
