I called 10-15 times during the hours they're open, left 4 messages to make an appointment and NO ONE called me back. I've been there once before years ago for a mani/pedi and I waited around forever while the person doing my nails was running around and she didn't even put a base or top coat on my nails. The only reason I was going back is because I have a gift certificate and need to get a mani/pedi for an event. I don't know how they make any money or stay open if they won't call customers back. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. I'm definitely taking my business somewhere else and I'll be sure to tell my friend not to get me gift certificates there anymore. Awful!
