Today was my first visit to Orchard nails. I made an appointment a couple of days ago and called 2 confirm the time before going today. I did arrive five minutes late but I still felt that there wasn't a need for me to wait so long for full attention.
I appreciate the technician acknowledging my wait and apologizing.
My nails look much better, second time being done in 4 days. (Avoid N Demand)
No longer afraid that they will break. I like my design. My tech stayed late to give me a pedicure that looks really good. Will try this salon again.

Marilyn was very kind and sweet, she took the time to make sure my nails wouldn’t break off or anything like that. You could tell she put effort into her work and it was very appreciated. She is very nice to talk to as well, I would definitely recommend for people to get their nails etc. done by her ❤️.

I used to go to this salon years ago when I got acrylics with gel frequently. I took a break with my nails. Everyone has always had such a great attitude and personality. They are quick to seat you the best that they can if you walk-in and don't have an appointment. I am going to continue going to Marilyn from now on. She has a great personality and makes the time "less lengthy" by keeping a fun conversation going! When I showed her what kind of style nails I was going for, she gave me different options (and reasons why) and let me make the decision. Some places keep pressuring you to do something else. Highly recommend this place!

I have been there several times and I get great service. I love the fact it is a great way for women to come together and talk relax. First time getting the dip manicure. Juli did a phenomenal job. I was relaxed and taken care of. I got a pedicure as well and am pleased with the finished product.
