If I could give this place less than one star I absolutely would. Horrible customer service. Sad excuse for a business owner. Do not tell a customer a time to be at your store to pick up their items and not be there, and if circumstances change a call works wonders. Obviously some people have no common decency, no business skills, no customer service training, and no common sense. I could care less if you know how to perform a job if you have no desire to leave a customer satisfied then you’re wasting your time. First impressions are everything. I should have taken my business elsewhere to begin with. Ana, is a horribly rube, and terrible excuse for a human, who barely speaks and has no soul. I had a feeling this was no one to trust. Well I learned my lesson, I will not be returning to this animal for any work what so ever. Thank you, have a nice day Alterations by Ana.

My husband and daughter was there about 20 minutes ago and this woman is very rude and disrespectful. On Thursday she told my husband to come Saturday at 11am on the dot to get his jacket or she will be closed. So my husband and daughter got there 10 minutes before 11am and she wasn’t there. So my husband called her and told her he was there and had an attitude and told my husband that the parking lot is closed and she was closed for today. My husband explained to her the parking lot is open and he was told by her to come at 11am. She got loud with my husband and he got loud back and she had the nerve to bring her son to try and intimidate him. It’s sad how he wasn’t going to give her any business because she was rude when he walked in. I think she has issues with black people and it’s quite sad. She’s very rude, and talk to customers like trash. Her son had the nerve to say “don’t ever come back!” Who in the world would want to come back to a place that’s rude and disrespectful. I hate to say it but we need more black businesses and we need to shop at black businesses because people like this are horrible and shouldn’t run a business. Very disappointed and disrespected. I hope this place shuts down. And I’m reposting again after it being removed.

I had brought in a short sleeve shirt to get tailored (including the short sleeves). When I tried it on, I at first didn't notice one sleeve was longer than the other, and left satisfied. My previous experience with another shirt went well, and that's why I came back. When I went to wear the shirt & noticed the error, I figured we all make mistakes, and I'll bring it back and have it corrected.
When I finally came in to have the problem fixed, she denied it was her work. I at first was shocked, and when she refused to answer if she was denying that I brought the shirt to her for altering, I became angry. (She takes pride in her work; that is commendable. But too much pride poisons when one can't admit they made a mistake).
If someone else helps her with work, or if she couldn't remember, at least tell me that. She would not answer me yes or no when I repeatedly questioned if she was denying that I brought the shirt to her. I was feeling she was trying make me out to be the liar, and you can't treat or make your customers feel that way. At this point I walked out and took the shirt, along with other garments I had planned to give to her for more work, and my business elsewhere. She's not bad, but if she messes up your clothes, she may deny fault.

There is nobody & I mean nobody better in the business! Love this lady, she always gets it perfect, yes perfect. People swear up & down they can take in your slacks and ladies we pay a great deal of $$$ for the way those pants drape on our bodies, but until Ana... They always... Yes Always RUINED the lines! They were never the same, never as good. With Ana they're Better! ❣️ NOW they fit perfectly! Expect to leave your items & ask when she expects to have your things ready. It's not a drop & pick up in an hour "joint." SO... Wedding dresses, custom suits, dresses, doesn't matter, this lady can do it. She can sew anything.. I wish she'd clone herself, she's THAT good!
