Called for an appt - lady answered with Hello. Asked if I called the salon or a wrong number. She replied Yes, yes nail salon. When asked what is the latest appt, she replied I don’t know I’m not here all day. During the whole conversations, I can hear her shifting thru things. First impressions are very important and this salon fail. Lady, during this time of uncertainty, you need customers so be professional.

Best keep secret in HB! Beautiful Salon! The ladies that work there are amazing! It's very clean and professional! Fun atmosphere but also relaxing. Love this place, Im sending all my friends here now! I have tried almost all there services. Tammy is the best! Love my hair, nails, and face treatments!
