2:00 pm pm on a weekday - nobody else inside the store. Came to drop off a prepaid UPS shipment. Said hello to the man who came to assist. He didn't acknowledge my hello, pointed to the scales. I put package on the scales, and said how are things going? "Ok" was his answer. While he was printing my drop off package receipt I asked how much do you you charge for shredding? One dollar per pound was the reply. He then handed me my receipt and said "here you go." Rather than be rude, I just went to my car shaking my head. This is my second and LAST visit to this UPS Store as I had similar experience before.

Great customer service from Stem Fly. I came to get my land use statement notarized. Sten had an insert to photocopy onto my page since it was not on notary paper. Sten had me in and out in ten minutes. Thank you

Lazy middle aged black man that obviously hates his job bleeding the clock without worrying about the company’s reputation. Will not be returning here and will be going to fedex from now on.

I came in on Saturday May 30th at 12:15 pm to ship some musical instruments and was denied service by the worker, and told to come back in an hour when his shift was over and the next worker starts. He said he was “messed up” in reference to the racist events in the news lately. I saw two other customers of a different race than mine go in and receive service from him directly after.

Do not go! Not worth it. There's so many better places. Had the notary bail on us, even with a confirmed appointment. Go to another UPS or even the FedEx across the freeway.
