Have come here twice, once with a Groupon deal for a gel manicure and once just for a regular manicure.
Was pretty annoyed that they blatantly gave me a different color gel than I had asked for, but with gel it's not easy to start over again. I'm not happy with the color and for something that will last (hopefully) 2+ weeks, I'm pretty annoyed at having paid for it. However, it has lasted pretty well, so at least my money wasn't completely wasted.
I also got a 10 minute massage that the kind of pushed, but it was really enjoyable!
The space itself doesn't feel too clean and there's a lot of traffic going by outside so it's not always the most relaxing, but a plus is that it's a big space with a lot of chairs so I assume you can normally walk in and not have to wait too long!

I bought a coupon through pulsd and the owner has changed so they did not allow me to use it. The owner lied that they have asked pulsd to offer me a refund but they did not. They kept on asking me to leave when I ask questions. People are not nice and helpful. Never ever come here.

They were so nice and lovely in the beginning but at the end they were asking for a tip as if I was not going to tip them. I got a groupon voucher for $9 for a gel manicure. So I was only paying for the pedicure which was 26 plus tax and tip 15% of of the $26. They wanted us to tip them 15% of 63 which was the cost of an original gel manicure and a regular pedicure. They were trying to charge us for something that was prepaid for. We basically was going to just pay for our toes and that is what we are supposed to tip for which we tipped over 15%. They got an attitude with us because we didn't allow them to cheat us out of our money . Never going back.

Terrible service staff didn't understand anything I asked about pricing until. One of them told me I was dry and needed to be careful with my nails and my pedi was dry. She the told me to remove the wrap around my toes and to leave everything where I was sitting. I selected several polish colors that were old and dry . The manicurist was willing to use them until I pointed that out to them.

Okay but seriously overpriced. If I hadn't had a Groupon I would have left. They don't even throw in a foot massage w/ a $37 plain mani/pedi.
