Been going here since they opened. Excellent service and very clean! Kevin has been doing my nails for years. Very professional and a real nice person! Does a great job.The owner is very accommodating and nice to the clients. I highly recommend this nail spa!

Went in for a liquid gel nail polish manicure. I asked if they did that service and made sure they knew I didn’t want powder or any extras. I wanted liquid gel polish- period. I go to cash out and they tell me $110. They back track and tell me that’s an error, it’s $70. I look at their menu of charged and nothing adds up to the $70 charge they’re telling me!! They alter to say there was an extra charge but nothing added up!! I will never return and will make sure people know the dishonesty going on here!! Spatique at the reserve is clean honest and offers better service!

I disagree with the negative reviews. Good quality manicure and pedicures. Clean, friendly environment and my technician Kim is fantastic. She is knowledgeable and real nice and possesses a great sense of humor. They earned the 5 stars with me.

Hit or miss with this place. Customer service is very good; the staff are very nice and attentive. We had dipped mani/regular pedis - it was great, but very expensive. It was our first time getting nail tips. They didn't tell us the pricing; they gave us a basket of tip colors and told us to pick out a color. The basket they gave us was for dip polish, not regular polish, which is more expensive than gel. Also, glitter dip is extra, which we didn't know and weren't told. The manicure held up very well - at least two weeks. When we went to get the nails taken off, the service was good, but the nail polish they used still moved and smeared after an hour. We'll still go back but only for the regular mani/pedis.
