Avoid this “nail” salon if you have real fingernails (not acrylic, etc.), unless you want to be declawed. It’s a shame too because the spa is modern and clean and the pedicure was above average. Two techs attempted to shape my fingernails and neither seemed concerned or apologized when they failed. Quite honestly, my nails looked better before I went in. Thanks for the $10 learning lesson.

I don’t even want to give one star. I had to get my nails done it was 7:50(there lights are still on). When they close at 8:00 we walked in and then they say that they are closed when there are so many other people there. I was so furious.I definitely recommend you to go to alpha nails.We got there and they took us and it was 8. They weren’t rude and they all had a positive attitude

Never in my life will i return to this nail salon ever!!!! Whatever you do, do not go see April!! She is very rude and disrespectful. I mentioned they were crowded with alot of people and she goes "um no this isnt croweded". She then asked me how short i wanted my nails and then proceeded to say no you cant do them that short. She skipped giving me a hand massage after I got pink and white nails put on and she didnt cut or shape up my cuticles. She was done with my nails in 25 mins!!!! She rushed through it like she didnt care. I called the manager and let her know and all I got was a.." Im sorry, i will speak to her about this"... thats it. Im not looking for anything free or a discount or any of that but you people need to be more professional. Just remember reviews are everything.

Very rude customer service. I paid almost $40 for S&S and it was totally not worth it. I could’ve gone to Walmart and bought some stick on nails and they would’ve looked better. My nails are uneven, bumpy and way too thick. The girl doing my nails didn’t seem to care whenever I would say something. She proceeded to do the color that I did not choose even after telling her not to. I will not be coming back here!!! Summit nails in Loganville is my go to! I recommend summit nails to everyone! But I will deathly not be going back to city nails and spa!!!!

i came in on a Friday afternoon and this place was completely booked.even tho it was busy I didn’t wait to long,they must have at least 30 employees.i got a basic pedicure for $20 and it felt like a deluxe pedicure,I like the sanitary liners and the individual disposable pedicure kit.i also got a full set pink and white,and Amber did an excellent job.amber is very knowledgeable with nails,she actually took her time to explain what is good for my nails.overall I highly recommend city nails,this place is sanitary,friendly,excellent service!!!!
