Did not use clean tools, no evidence this was a clean tool, that pulled out of drawer, manager stated it was clean, and that they clean all tools at night after closing. Manager got upset when i mention it, and the person doing my nails went and dipped the tools in a cleaning solution before using on my nails. This person stated he did not speak English. The manager called me a name in his navtive language sounds something ugly. Oklahoma board of Cosmetology requires clean tools to be used on everyone, not the same one clean at end of shift. A Person can catch all kinda of diseases, from unclean tools. OBC, needs your help to police the violators, its your healh after all protected. Everyone who patronize this establishment should deman they use clean tools, with evidence they were clean before they used on their nail. If not report this to Oklahoma board of Cosmetology. This was the Regis in Walmart on Sheridan, Lawton Ok. A company should practice and use sanitary practices the employee never know when a person from the board of health may walk just in to get nails done. A company would be fined for this violation. Be safe.

Guy was very rude and they rushed my daughter's nails and they didn't want to fix them but wanted us to pay

This is the second time I've gotten my nails done at this salon and a nail broke the next day there is no reason why my nails should break a day after getting them done the guy who did my nails did a half ass job and on one of my nails the paint is already cracking I called to see if they'd be able to fix it and he said I'd have to pay smh worst nail service I've experienced.
