Few things
1. The place is clean, organized and nice looking.
2. The employees are very nice, friendly and welcoming.
3. When I came in everyone said hi and the available person came and ask for any help that I needed.
4. I have a very specific nail on my hand that needed to be filed with very delicately way and it was hes first time to see something like that, he said he can do he's best and he actually did a really good job. (My nail got hit by a ricochet and the nail is not normal so need to be care with very delicately.)
And in the end I asked how much is the price and he didnt wanted to take money from him because it was simple task and he learned something new, and I like that way of thinking.
It shows what's values and knowledge mean for him.
I obviously gave him a tip for his great job, and he was very professional and kind.
I would make this my favorite place to make my nail better in the process of my nail.
Would definitely recommend this great place and the very nice people that they have over here.

I thought I built a rapport with the owner I think it’s unprofessional that everytime you get up to wash your hands they take someone sitting down next to you but I was cool with it. They didn’t have the blue I wanted to I had got up to get another one. I asked for matte nails and he knows the coffin shape I like but he had already painted the blue and instead of him taking off the nail polish to shape them correctly I was being punished with every stroke as je sanded it down with a file and after that I think he knew and stopped caring about the skin on my nails when I showed him that he broke blood in my skin he went to add nail glue on it.. I pulled away and he asked what he wanted me to do! I said nothing I was so appalled that he was willing to burn my skin more on an open wound ! Mind you I’ve gotten fungus on 2 nails before and still came back to give a second chance !

I drive from Phoenix to get my nails from Louie and pedicure from Holly. Tried several salons in my area but none compare to the service and fare pricing as Vicky nails. In the 10+ years I've been having my nails done with them I've never had any complaints. It's worth the drive!!

I went here with my mom the other day last minute and they got us right in. We both had pedicures and I had a manicure. They did a really great job and the prices were very affordable. More than anything they were very meticulous about cleaning after each task. We will be back!
