I went there because its close to my house bit that will be my last time going for nails. For The eyebrows they do a good job but if it wasnt for the fact that i had to be somewhere the lady that did my nails would have to fix it. My coworker thought my 10 year old daughter did my nails. 🙍

Absolutely disgusting customer service! The young man refused to extend my nail length which became shorter after he shaped them. He got mad and said what you want me to do? I said I just asked can you extend them. He told me to go somewhere else. While there another customer shouted “get someone else to do my nails” to the young lady and she told her she can leave. Another lady said “you are doing my nails too thick I told you that already” and another next to me said “can you pay attention so they’re all even” the man scolded her as if she was wrong. Another lady walked out and said u told me wait 5 mins it’s been 1hr I’m leaving. I felt like I was on another planet! Worse Experience ever! Every single finger was burning. I left and will NEVER go back. Don’t waste ur time, money can be made again but time CANT!

Great customer service. I have one particular nail tech that I go to name Sade I absolutely love her. She takes her time on your nails she also does lashes n eyebrows/eyebrow tinting. I

While my nails were drying a nail tech and customer got into an argument over the way he was doing her nails. The tech started to yell at the customer and curse at her. The two began to argue. The other nail techs stood silent, however when the customer asked for the manager they laughed. This was my first and last time ever getting my nails done here.
