I went to Diva Nails on 03-08-2019, there were a few customers already, so I took a seat and waited to speak with an employee, finally a nail tech showed up and I asked how long would the wait time be. She stated really smart...YOU WAIT YOUR TURN, as if I am not giving her my business so that she can stay employed. I have never been so disrespected in my life. Diva Nails will not get any money from me. SMFH.

My Horrible Experience!!!
It started off with 'her' complaining about the length of my natural nails (extremely short ). So she goes on to glue the nails (barely putting enough glue on them). Next, she puts the acrylic on TOO thin that you can tell where my fake nail start. So at this point, I'm getting worried. I waited until she filed my nails so I could see the outcome. Afterwards, I held my hands up, and I pointed out the problem. I told 'her' that my left hand doesn't look the same as my right hand. I told 'her' that 2 of my nails were crooked/slanted. So she tells me, "Oh no, that's YOUR finger!". Me being the person that I am, I know how to get a point across without acting a nut. She started to file my nails because she wanted to make them even (that didn't do any justice). I told 'her' that I wasn't satisfied with her work as well as telling her that she did a HORRIBLE job. Even the lady beside me stated, "Yes, I see what you're saying. That doesn't look right." So while I was washing my hands, I noticed that she cut my skin with that tool because there was a trace of blood, and the soap had my finger stinging. I didn't cause a scene, I paid her $25.00 while letting her know that she could have done a better job. She had an attitude with me while I explained exactly how I wanted my colors. The end result of the paint job was so bad that you could see through the colors. It wasn't even spread all the way across, my nails needed a 3rd layer of polish. She offered me a touch-up to "fix" it. She even thought it was funny. How can you fix something that was ruined from the very beginning? I didn't want 'her' to start over or touch my nails period. So I left without letting my nails dry. Long story short, the nail tech was rude, lazy, and she didn't put in ANY effort. Never again will I go to that particular nail salon.

This nail shop has gotten to be ridiculous. The woman said she do eye brows and lashes that what she specialize in. It's a nail shop no where on the door it says eyelash and brows. You has to be really careful getting your lashes and brows done there it's been quite a few people has gotten fungus from her using the same stick and putting it back in the jar and it cause contamination. So people please beware.

I wish I could give a better review of this nail salon because the gentleman who worked on my nails did a good job but I can not. I took my mother in law in for a treat one day for her birthday (mani/pedi) and everything started off fine. Then we told them about why we where in the area, to visit our family before moving overseas. We are a military family. That is when the first insult happened. The man sitting across from us (working on another's nails) said in Koran (quoting the best I can) "stupid American's going to fight a war they don't understand." My MIL understood them as she has a Koran aunt. She didn't say anything. I wish she had as I would have taken my family and left right then. My husband doesn't sacrifice his life on a daily basis just to have his family insulted in OUR OWN COUNTRY by people who are benefiting from our freedoms man like him have died for. Now that wasn't the only insult. We finish the pedi to start on the mani. The women working with my MIL did not soak her dipped mails off but RIPPED them off and even ripped them harder when she told her that it hurt. Then when she told her to go wash her hands, which took all of 30 seconds she called someone else up in her place! My MIL walks out to get some air as she is really upset. She walks back in then the lady calls her out in front of everyone embarrassing her saying "we don't waist time here, you go wash hands I call someone else". So basically she had to wait 25 minutes for someone else to get their nails done when it was her spot. She choose not to finish her nails, but they still charged me $7 to rip her other nails off and $5 for a terrible job on my 3 year old's nails. Basically I paid $115.00 to get insulted. Good thing you live in America where people like my husband pay for your right to insult us in peace...
