It was just okay! Not as great as I expected after reading so many raving reviews. Pedicure - The nail art I wanted done on my big toes, my technician couldn’t master. So I told her after 3 attempts to just forget it. The polish used must have been old, my toes smudged 4 hours after my pedi when I put on tennis shoes. Had to go back to get repainted. On the flip side my nails turned out good. Nails - Did an acrylic powder ombré. Ryan did a great job.

This is by far the best nail salon I've been to. Every time I've been to Tips N Toes the customer service has been outstanding. They are friendly and also take their time to perfect your nails. They even painted my two year old neices nails and toes for $5 and they were so patient with her. I've been to my fair share of nightmare salons where they just don't seem to care. It's obvious they care about their customers here. I 100% would recommend.

We were here in Rochester from out of town and my daughter and I wanted to relax and do pedicures. Ran across this place and decided to give it a try. They acted like they didnt know that they offered a basic pedicure kept trying to sell us a more expensive one. I showed her on their website what all it was suppose to include. The water in the tub was Luke warm and the pedicure was not relaxing at all. They put very little effort into it barely massaging, and scrubbing. Hurried with both of our polishing and put us under the lights. They lady who did mine insisted she do my eyebrows in which I said ok. Before we even left my daughters polish scraped off and had to be redone. We paid, tipped and left. Once I got in the sunlight I saw that she had left polish all over my skin and toes. I reached down to look closer and realized she hadn't even filed the nails they were jagged and rough. I went back in and showed them and they were more then happy to just repaint them. I said no I want them filled and repainted and the polish on my skin cleaned off. Then she realized she had forgotten to charge me for the eyebrow waxing. I told her I was not paying for it since we were already there for so long fixing their mistakes she yelled some thing in her language and blew me off. That's too bad because we just wanted a fair and relaxing pedicure! Would not recommend!

Cheu was awesome. I have had pedicures many times and this one was the best I’ve had. Would highly recommend Tips N Toes.

I went in to get a gel manicure. I picked out my color, and they did have a lot of options. They came to me in the next 3-4 minutes of sitting down, and we started. They were very efficient and knew what they were doing sometimes a little hard to understand. They gel manicure took less than 25 minutes. They also give you a free beverage. There are many choices like pop, juice, and hot drinks. The gel manicure was $35. Overall great place!
