I came here about 2 times, the second time and LAST time I chose to ignore the reviews on here about the business. If the women there are not doing a service they are watching movies on their phones, when I went a second time, one of the women straight off told the receptionist “no” when she was asked to work on my nails. There is a very strange atmosphere in this place, and it doesn’t make you feel welcome. The woman who ultimately worked on my nails left them different colors from each other, and I felt very disappointed. The workers there rushed to defend the poor woman who probably didn’t know how to do dip. I had to ask her to stop and left and went to Venetian Nails which has become my regular nail shop. There was a man and young girl working the receptionist desk and they would not look me in the eye. Customer service lags far behind the actual services performed in this location. This is Dallas, there are DOZENS other nail places very close to this one, don’t waste your time or money.

it was fine. The prices were good. It was clean but not pristine. Could use a facelift.

I've been going here with my mom and siblings for over 5 years and this is by far my favorite nail salon in Dallas. The women are very sweet, the prices are fair, and they always give great customer service. I highly recommend this place if you need your nails or eyebrows done.

Today at 6pm I came to this store, I walked in and there were no customer but about 8 employees. I wasn't greeted. Then, the receptionist asked the ladies to do my eyebrows, two were watching some show on their tablet and said no then it was a complete silence. Finally, the receptionist told me to walk to the back. When I got to the back an employee asked what I am doing...now the lady and receptionist were both yelling at each other across the business. Nobody still didn't move to do my eyebrows so I left! This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and pure laziness!! Instead I went Nail club which was 2 blocks down and I loved them.
Tips: Work until the store is closed, not when it's a hour before it closes!!!

I've been coming here for at least 20 years. Always clean and the technicians know what they are doing. They play great music. Sports on TV but I like golf so cool. Lots of techs so never a long wait. Good place for waxing also. Feels like coming back to a friendly space.
