Best Nail Salon in the Austin area by far!Gorgeous nails, luxurious, and stand behind their product! The technicians are soooo nice too! Been a customer since before the Whitestone location, won't go anywhere else 💕💕💕💕

One thing I always look for in a nail salon is cleanliness and fumes. This place scores well on both. I feel like I can breathe freely here without being gassed out with nail fumes. Their pedicures are some of the best in the area, but I would skip the manicures. I’ve been cut every time, and the tech will not listen when you specify basic needs.

Not only did i go after reading reviews about their customer service but i needed to, I was desperate . When i arrived it took someone 5 minutes to greet me. I just needed a pedicure. I found my color and sat down for about 30 minutes. They let 3 people who came after me get their toes done first until I said something. Once i confronted them they said oh ok go sit in the chair someone will be with you. You could tell they were talking about me and no one wanted to do my feet from the foreign language and pointing,( i do not have ugly feet) so i know that wasn’t the problem. Finally some lady came to do my toes who kept itching in her thigh area stating she had a burn. Okay??? Then she rushed my toes and would not listen to me once I told her that I wanted her to clean the sides where the toe nail and meat of my toes meet. I told her repeatedly and she finally did it with an attitude. Next tine this lets me know to go somewhere with better reviews. I hate pulling the race card because my grandmother is white and I identify with my black side more but, I felt like I just did not belong or wanted. If you are a woman of color please save yourself the aggravation of holding your emotions back and DO NOT GO here.

Came in on a Tuesday afternoon and was told 20-minute wait. I said I would come back tomorrow & will set an appointment. They are so worried about getting EVERYONE in and do not factor in customer satisfaction. A lady put foil/polish remover on my nails so I couldn't leave. 45 minutes later she comes over to tend to me. At this point, I'm pretty frustrated - waiting 45 minutes is a VERY long time. I decided to get S&S for the first time and I'm really not happy with it. My nails are not even & it's driving me crazy. I'm also reading that some girls have a nail infection from it. so now I'm nervous. I'm not sure if I will return.

They did a great job! But my shellac split 3 days later.
