Everyone in the spa is friendly and professional. I see Sue faithfully!!!. She does the best pink and white set in Charlotte.
The spa is very relaxing after a long day. The deluxe pedicure revitalizes me. They even offer complimentary beverages while you receive services.

This week was my second visit to Nails Up...! It was time for a polish change/powder fill. The first visit was for a powder polish with TBone. He was kind, professional and was attentive to how I wanted my nails. He was patient as I tried to select a polish, which can be a tricky process for me :) My second visit was a couple days ago, with Sue. Same service and impeccable service as always. Sue had been my nail tech for over 5 years. I came to Nails Up because of her! She pays attention to the needs of all of the salons customers to ensure they receive service and beverages, if they like. This location is a bit of a drive compared to the other, but for the service, it's worth it.

This Nail salon is by far my favorite. I've been living in Charlotte for 5 years and I have never been 100% satisfied with a nail spot until now! Beautiful space. Netflix! And they offer beverages. I loovvveee this nail salon. Thank u thank u!! My nails are forever beautiful. Not a complaint at all!!!

I love all of them they always do a great job whether it's on my toes /my eyes or my nails . They are always so friendly and nice to me and the prices are not crazy high either. I have no complaints ☺️☺️/2smiles up!

Just left here. SNS powder applied unevenly and not smoothed. My nails were shaped crookedly and asked for a manicure, was charged for a manicure and didnt receive anything other than a terrible cuticle clipping. Severely disappointing since Tom left. Please avoid this "salon" unless you want substandard service and nails. Go if you like to listen to movies in another language that your tech watches while doing your nails.
