This place is always clean, friendly, and the food is always always good. Their blizzards you're always thick, and fries and hamburgers are always hot. I've gotten several times on buses with school trips, and even if they're busy, they always seem to get us on the road as soon as possible. Their bathrooms are wonderfully clean. And it's a nice big parking lot for the buses to park in!

I won't go back to the north oak location. I ordered a brownie extreme add m&ms. I got only m&ms. They remade it the same way. I got my money back. I've had the same thing here and in other states. It always has big chunks of brownie. The online picture even has large chunks. I was told by the manager (short lady with glasses) that all the other dairy queens are wrong it isn't supposed to have chunks of brownies in it. I told her that I've even had it at that store several times with chunks. She told me that they must of made it wrong all those other times.

Every time we go something is wrong. Tonight it was the service. We waited 15 minutes for two dipped cones, and then they asked if we were waiting for ice cream. Then they proceeded to help the other customers that had just finished ordering. I asked for my money back, which I got, but they kept trying to give us free things. I don't need free things, I just want my order not messed up and quicker than 15 minutes plus.

Nice for the Northland. We got no napkins and our blizzards dripped a little. Not enough pieces/chunks in them, wasn't mixed very well. No cheesecake or berries on bottom.

After being open for more than a year now this location still can only provide me with one of my two favorite Dairy Queen items. The flamethrower burger and the secret menu item called frozen hot coco or frozen hot chocolate. They refuse to make the frozen hot coco so I will continue to drive the extra miles to the liberty location where they are able to make both of those items. Oh and if you travel around to other DQ's I would say about 75% of them will make the frozen hot coco.
