I had a gel manicure done here on Friday, and three of my nails chipped and broke on Saturday. I was out of town for the weekend, so I went in on Tuesday since they aren’t open on Mondays. I explained that I had just had them done and asked to make an appointment since there was a long line. They said no because of the holidays. I understand the holidays are busy, but this was to fix a manicure that wasn’t done properly. I had waited my turn and paid just a few days prior. I waited 35-40 minutes, but there were still four people in front of me; so I had to leave. Now I will have to go somewhere else and pay again for a service I just paid for on Friday. I was really unhappy with how they handled the situation. They should stand behind their work and fix it if it isn’t up to par.

First time visit, was a little taken back as no one greeted me but I was very impressed with my nails. Perfectly done, excellent color. Great job, thanks!

First time today. My daughter and I got our nails filled and polished. Staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. We will definitely be returning. I LOVE that they open at 9am!!!!

The place is great and they also do eyelashes. I am welled pleased with the service.
