Sunday October 1,2023. Came in to get two nails fixed, Sitting in the nail shop as we speak. To feel so disrespectful. Asking if I got my nails done here. Telling them yes,. Then for them to ask me if we did your nails. Telling them the girl who did them ain't at your shop right now. I don't see her working today. Made me feel so bad. I know this will be the last time coming to this nail shop. I didn't think I had to get a picture of the person doing my nails. Or next time I will make sure I get a receipt with the person name on it. So I can cover myself from here forward. Very Disappointing. And very disrespectful 😒 😤. I even have pictures of the time when I came by. They even gave me wine when doing my toe nails.

I have been going here for over 4 years and I love the staff they are fast and gets the job done everytime! Tommy is great with the lashes you have to go see him and not to mention fast. They make you feel like family with the customers service I love Nails by Ann❤️

I have been going here for several years and I usually love the service I get here but lately the quality of their work has gone down. This may depend on who you have service you however they keep their prices very competitive which helps to build their customer base

This is my favorite place to do my nails. I love their service so much. They are very friendly and Vivian. She’s the best.

I’ve been going here for a few years and I always tip good every time but this time I went with my friend, and I didn’t notice she put shellac on my feet. So when it came time to pay I was confused by the price usually they’ll ask me first but for him to say you should’ve been paying attention these ppl are rude especially the receptionist guy.
