Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff at the Pearl location. The young lady remained engaged with customers in a positive, professional manner while simultaneously managing a technology issue that negatively impacted the entire system. Thanks to her, I left the Pearl store with my issue resolved and a positive impression of the Cricket Wireless brand. I truly appreciate the service and the professionalism of the young lady.
