I'm reporting this review because there is no reason why my birthday dinner should not have been at least 50% better than it was, the recipe was a good one. The "Awesome Garlic Pasta" was COLD! Not hot, not even warm. It was more like it was an order waiting to be refrigerated because it was the right temp. to enter. I Love patronizing Houston eateries but I hate knowing my fellow patrons would have to pay for meals we are expecting to be 'awesome' yet they are actually just not. I have enjoyed a couple of other visits to LA Crawfish. I'm loved the beignets I ordered on this visit- they were some of the best I've ever eaten. However, it can not substitute the main entree being inedible.
I want to confirm that the staff was very attentive and extremely accommodating to the customers I witnessed them serve. And I also noted them disinfecting after each indoor diner and customer contact with surfaces.Retributions?, I wish to see this restaurant location serve the above dish (and all others') at the proper serving temperatures- no excuses. I thank you, and I'm sure future consumers thanks you, in advance.

The crawfish are good. Especially with the flavors they have. The wings are good too. The service is good but the employees can be more friendly.

Horrible service. I had to drive from home back because they forgot to place my rices. I called to let them know and the little girl because that what she acts like asked if I would like to speak to a manager. I said of course......I then heard state to the manager she's made because I forgot her rice it was ordered online. Even worse u can't simply follow instructions. Smh the manager did nothing about it except state they are here and this is a franchise to justify the poor customer service. I will not be eating here any time soon. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER

They have the worst customer service. First of all they’re under new management every six months. Thought I’d take a leap of faith and try them out again. But I was in for a rude awakening when I found a BIG WORM DRAGON FLY TYPE BUG in the bottom of my crawfish bag and they swear they cleaned and sorted the crawfish before hand. So my question did the bug come out the kitchen ? Never go to the place they suck all the way around.

Got there at 9:30 and they said they were not doing anymore dine in even though they didn't close for 30 more minutes and there were 5 other tables mid meal. It was 2 of us and we are quick eaters, I am a restaurant manager myself and when we say we close at 12 we allow people in and allow them to order and eat up until 11:59. The garlic noodles are good but from here on out we will drive 30 minutes away from here on out to go to the original on Blaylock, the quality of food and customer service there is so much better.
