Good luck to anybody continuing to give these raggedy people your money. I have been here multiple times and I am finally fed up! Money and Jae are the only reason I keept coming back. The owners are rude as ever! The owners are unapologetic when I express my issues. I'm supporting their business and everything I have an issue it's my fault according to them. Providing exceptional service will keep a customer coming back. Instead this place would prefer to half do their jobs. The nails never last a full two weeks . I have had sloppy polish painted. Gel polish chipping after a few days and same with my nails. From now on I'll keep my issues with my technician because the owners don't care. Or maybe I'll just take my business elsewhere !

Went in and only 2 people were had a customer. 4 techs were sitting around talking. My tech JoJo who is very good seems as if she had an attitude and didn't want to take me. She tried sending me to someone else. I was referred to her after having issues at other nail shops and had been seeing her at least 5 times. Loved her work! We had a conversation about other customers said she was rude and I see now they were being truthful. I don't care how good she is but she will NEVER GET MY MONEY OR BUSY AGAIN. You need customer service training JoJo!!!!!!!!!

Pissed off to no end. Who goes in for a fill on their nails and they r done in 15 mins. I had 30 mins b4 they closed and it only took the chick 15 mins. The lady didn't even take old polish off b4 putting new stuff on. I will never go there again.
Awful services. I shouldve walked out without paying for poor service.

The lady I had did a horrible job. She rushed to do my nails didn't do the design I wanted the edges of my nails are too sharp she cut them down too much and it's not the color I wanted. I would never go to this place again and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there!
