It’s always closed when I come by, even when the times posted on the window say they are open. So I made an appointment for 10:00AM. They didn't open until 10:45AM. 3 people waiting in the mall that were scheduled for 10:00AM. Beverly Hills Nails Salon was not prepared for their appointments. After an hour of waiting after they opened, (already an hour after my appointment), they call in another technician to come help. It took her an hour to arrive. My 10:00AM appointment turned out to be a 1:00PM start time. I was exceptionally patient that day!

I go here every time to get my acrylics done. They are a reasonable price and they do a fantastic job!

Literally came in today at 2pm there were only 2 people and they already had customers so I waited and after about 15 minutes of me being there 2 other customers walk in. When the original customers left instead of taking me who was there first they took the two other customers before me saying one had an appointment and one was just doing a pedicure. Okay fine so now it's 2:45pm and I see the pedicure is almost over but instead of them keeping her underneath the dryer and beginning my nails (which is just a fill in) they started her nails. Okay so I'm still being patient and not complaining about anything and it's now 3pm. A woman and her daughter walk in and after about 20 minutes start asking the ladies how long it will take so instead of telling the woman and her daughter that there is a customer before them the lady walks up to me and asks me if I do not mind waiting another 30 minutes. That's when I got up and explained to the entire salon that I was there before all of them and now they want me to wait another half hour on top of the hour I just spent. Mind you I am a black woman and all the woman who walked in were white, I'm not saying this is a race thing but it sure felt like it. VERY BAD SERVICE.
