Was in there for three hours & my nails still aren’t right. They tried to charge me for bum service! THREE different people worked on me, making it difficult to do quality work. I expressed my disappointment and nothing changed and I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN! My nail broke the SAME night 🤦🏾♀️ this experience was a nightmare

I absolutely love this establishment and the staff is so sweet. I recommend to all of my family and friends! They actually take their time on your nails too

Wasn’t acknowledged for 10 minutes so I just sat down and finally I was told it would be 10 minutes but I sat there for 20, wasted a total of 30 minutes there. Very frustrating, I ended up leaving. I understand not having time but please let me know that you don’t have time instead of making me waste mine. Besides that last time I had my nails done they were chunky. They did a decent job before so I thought I’d give them another chance , Too hit or miss for me.
