Diane is so friendly. She so really knows her stuff. She will walk you thru everything and explain how it works.

This place is so inviting. The ambience is great. Comfy waiting area, coffee and beverages are available. Everyone smiles and treats you like an important guest. You know you matter here.
My stylist/designer was Dayton VanderWal. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I had difficult hair - many layers of dye with intruding grey roots. She suggested a course of action and proceeded to make my 3 (or maybe 4) different colored hair look fabulous. She also did an eyebrow and lip wax. Nicely done!
I would recommend this salon, and Ms.Dayton absolutely. I plan on going back for a facial. Also many high end products available for sale at reasonable prices - from hair care to skin care, makeup to nails, and hair styling implements as well.

I would just like to share my experience at The Ritz. My husband purchased one of the package deals for me for Valentines Day and the stylists here took excellent care of me! They were so attentive and truly cared about me during my time at the salon. Shout out to Jess, Kerrigan, and Jen for making this experience memorable. I did encounter a very minor problem, but the owner Jen was all over it to make it right. I’m so thankful for a salon that treats people not like customers, but as if they are family. I will be recommending this salon to anyone I talk to!!

Heidi at the Ritz is amazing. She takes good care of me and helps me find and do amazing things to my hair. She knows how to ask the right questions to figure out what I want when I don't even know myself.
