As a guy, I just wanted a decent haircut, typical tapered on the sides and back, and I didn't expect to get raped on the price. So, 10 minutes later, I've got a high n tight military cut, and screwed out of $18.00.
Could have done this myself with my own clippers! Nobody seems able to cut hair anymore!

Horrible customer service worst experience I had a salon will not be returning strongly do not recommend JCP salon to anyone.

Went in at 745pm for a trim and the stylists said to come back at 800pm and they could take me. Waited until 915pm and then they said that it was too late to cut my hair.
