My experience was not that great. The hair dresser(s) did not listen to what I wanted. I wanted a few natural looking highlights, and I needed a trim and reshaping with layers (I have naturally curly hair so layers is a must).The ladies did not want to touch my hair for highlights because of its color (which is an auburn red). I ended up with a lob and no layers at all, so now I have to do what I was trying to avoid and drive 2 hours to get it fixed. I do not recommend them unless you have straight hair.

Lillie is a dream when it comes to my hair! She has NEVER disappointed me. So very creative and talented.

Best hair trim ever Great wash and atmosphere. Plan to get my next haircut here from Charlie Brooke when I come back to Cleveland.
