I will no longer come back to this place. I come faithfully even when they are busy. I asked for a soak off bowl three times and they wouldn’t give it to me because they wanted to pop my nails off. The nails can not be popped off because the way they are put on and it will hurt my nails if they were to popped off. After I told him he didn’t say anything he continued to do the other woman nail and ignored me.

After coming here for many years I can’t continue. I sat here on a Saturday from 11:50a-2:15p waiting to get my eyebrows hands and feet done. I told Kim what I needed when I walked in but she left without providing the service!!! I will take my business elsewhere from now on! And it’s always a long wait regardless of what day you go.

I made an appointment with Johnny for 5pm last Saturday. He started someone else right before I arrived. After waiting 20 minutes & complained about my appointment time not being honored. The manager didn't do anything & Johnny told me he has to make $$ & that I needed to understand. I told him then the manager shouldn't make appointments. He continued to make excuses until I told to to save his excuses for someone who cared. Not only have they lost me as a customer, they have lost 3 other family members as customers also. Never Ever going back to Lucy Nails & Spa. Completely Unprofessional!

My appt was 2pm... I came on thinking Kim would take me... No Henry jumped on it an my Nails are beautiful✨ I love the length an especially the color! Henry took his time making sure my nails were secure! He is excellent I love the way he files thanks Henry @Lucy nails also I love when a male does my nails anyway!!!
