Unfortunately, I was not able to try out this place. I was planning on coming this Wednesday for my birthday and was told by the owner to call back on Monday (today) to schedule. When I called the phone kept clicking so I thought the call was not going through. The owner then called me back and said she thought it was "some kind of emergency" I guess due to the multiple calls. I scheduled the appt but after listening to her tone, I called back to cancel and surely she couldn't hear me yet again and then sent me to voicemail. I've cancelled my appointment and will not be dealing with that kind of service - especially not on my special day!! The nail spa looks nice and all but its not worth it if the owner has no kind of care for customer experience! Not sure if it was a bad day for her but that surely isn't going to fly for someone like me.

DO NOT! I repeat, DO NOT come here to get your nails done! My girl friend came here to get her nails and they fell off the next day. She was so embarrassed. To make matters worse, they did not help her and they even caught attitude with her. Reading the comments below, makes me even angrier. As a business owner, you should not tell your customers "I hope your life gets better." It is unprofessional and rude. Clearly you skipped a class.

My daughter's treated me there for Mother's day. The ladies went right to work on my nails. It was a nice treat. I loved the atmosphere.

We had a Great experience at this nail salon. The nail salon has beautiful decor that was very calming. The staff were very informative and polite. The nail tech that did my nails was Brianna and she was very respectful and gentle. She stated that she only works on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays due to having to go to medical school. They do prefer appointments. They are located downtown so you have to either pay for parking at the meter for $2 for 2hrs or all day $5 parking in a lot. I was told after 7pm the parking is free and I think they are open til 8pm so it's your choice. This salon was featured on the Little Women of ATL tv show and Brianna did Ms. Juicy's nails. I thought that was so cute and it says alot about the salon. We had a great time. It's a Black Owned Salon that treats you fairly and does nails beautifully so I am glad I found it!!! Definitely will be returning.

I'm a little disappointed with the phone service I received today. I was calling to ask about services the salon offered, the person didn't seem interested in my inquiries nor did she seem to understand what I was asking, or maybe she just wasn't interested in assisting me. Then I was told that the salon was booked for Saturday after I submitted my info as instructed thur the salon's website to book an appointment. Which really sucks! Why wasn't I notified if salon was booked. I would have just showed up with my mom to get turned away.
